Mr. Anil Kumar Gollapudi

Founder

Mr. Anil Kumar Gollapudi, is a highly accomplished finance leader with nearly 24 years of diverse experience across industries like Power generation, IT/ITES, BPO/KPO, Healthcare, K12 Education and EdTech. His ability to deliver strategic insights and optimize financial operations positions him as the back-bone of our team.

Contributions and Achievements

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India with an AIR 19th Rank.
Postgraduate in Commerce with a specialization in Management Accounting & Financial Strategies.
Selected as one of Asia’s 100 Power Leaders in Finance – 2022.
Demonstrated expertise in setting up Finance Shared Services, Automation, and more.
Work experience with prestigious organizations such as Varsity Education Management Pvt Ltd, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, Open Text Technologies, Computer Associates, and the Indian School of Business.

Ms. Revathi Gollapudi

Founder

Founder of ARSI Consulting, brings 24 years of rich and varied experience in Finance and Accounts, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex financial challenges and drive sustainable business growth. Her leadership and vision make her an invaluable asset to our organization.

AIR 39th Rank in CA Final and AIR 4th Rank in CMA Final.
Began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a Big 4 firm.
Held varied roles in esteemed organizations, including:
- Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.
- Coromandel International Ltd.
- Head – GFO at Tata Chemicals Ltd.
- CFO of Evertogen Lifesciences, part of the Glochem group.
- CFO of De Dietrich Process Systems.

Dr. Prasad Saraswatula

Director

Dr. Prasad Saraswatula is a specialist from Strategy to Execution with 25+ yrs of exp in top consulting companies like One of the Big4s in the Advisory space, covering Management consulting, Technology consulting and large Oracle ERP implementations sectors including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Fintech, Energy, Education, IT/ITeS etc across global or large PSUs. He holds Doctorate from OU & PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad on Org. leadership.

Vishnu Sai Prithvi Addanki

Consultant - Product Architecture

Mr. Vishnu Sai Prithvi has over 8 years of experience spanning Mobile, Enterprise, Railways, and Digital Marketing domains. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional and currently serves as the CEO of Ikonos Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Also, holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Srinivas Puranam

Consultant - Product Development

Mr. Srinivas Puranam is an entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience across Healthcare, Retail, E-Commerce, and Enterprise domains. He is both Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certified. Currently, he serves as the Director of Operations at Ikonos Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Also, holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.
